DOES THE PRODUCT HAVE SIZE?

Most of our products are available in All Size (it fits from size M to L). However for some other products, we might have smaller or larger size. We will notify on the product page if the concerning product is available in varied sizes.


ARE YOUR PRODUCT MANUFACTURED IN INDONESIA?

Yes, our products are self manufactured in Indonesia.


I WOULD LIKE TO ORDER SOLD OUT ITEMS. IS IT POSSIBLE?

You can drop your email on that 'sold out item' page. Our system will notify you by email once the product is back in stock.


CAN I ADD ITEMS AFTER I CHECKING OUT?

Unfortunately you can't, because after checking out your order is recorded. If you want to add items, kindly make a new order.


HOW CAN I GET MY FIRST CART DISCOUNT?

First, register yourself (cilck 'REGISTER' at the top right corner on our homepage) and subscribe to our mailinglist (enter your email in the below box on our homepage). Then you will get first email including your first code and can be used while you check out.


I HAVE REGISTERED AND SUBSCRIBE THE MAILINGLIST, WHY CAN'T I USE THE CODE?

The code written without apostrophe (') and can be used for all items with normal price. You can't use this code for discounted items, but if you happen to buy more than one items with normal price item and discounted item, the code still cut the normal price item. 


DO YOU ACCEPT CREDIT CARD PAYMENT?

Unfortunately we don't, but you can do payment via Paypal account.


CAN I PURCHASE FROM OVERSEAS?

We do ship overseas and accept paypal payment. Please contact us for shipping fee and details.


WHY ARE MY ORDER CANCELLED?

Maximum payment for an order is 1x24 hrs after order have been placed. If payment has not been completed after the time limit, the order will be canceled automatically.


CAN I GET MY ORDER EARLIER THAN THE ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME?

Unfortunately you can't. Because we need time to check your payment, quality control and pack your order.

Otherway, for some Pre-Order items, we are trying to pack your package ready as soon as possible. Please contact us when it's exactly you wish to be delivered and we will deliver on the mentioned date if it's possible.

WHAT DO I DO IF I HAVE RECEIVED THE PACKAGE BUT THERE IS A PROBLEM WITH THE PRODUCT?

Please go to return and exchange policy page. 


CAN I EXCHANGE OR RETURN SALE ITEM(S)?

No you can't, sale items are non-changable and non-refundable. All sale items are final.


CAN I CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS AFTER MY ORDER HAS BEEN DISPATCHED/SENT?

Yes you can before the package is delivered. Please contact us to change the shipping address. 


HOW SOON CAN I GET MY ORDER?

We do package delivery at Monday to Friday. Payment after Friday 3pm will be delivered on Monday. After you order, transfer, and confirm your payment, we will process the order the next day / in 24 hours from Bandung. Note that process is only checking the payment, preparing and delivering the goods to the shipping company. After that, the shipping company needs certain amount of time to deliver it to you, varies from 1-2 days for domestic and 3-8 days for international deliveries. In short, from confirmation time the order will arrive earliest in 3 days. 


HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Yes, please contact us to track your order. Our courier partner usually send us the receipt in one day after the package delivered.


WHAT DO I HAVE TO DO IF I HAVE COMPLETED MY PAYMENT BUT HAVEN'T RECEIVED THE PACKAGE AFTER OVER THE ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME?

Please do not forget to confirm your payment through the website after completing the payment. If you haven't confirm until the time limit, then your order will be canceled.


WHAT DO I HAVE TO DO IF I HAVE COMPLETED THE PAYMENT BUT FORGOT TO CONFIRM OVER THE TIME LIMIT?

Please notify by contact us so we can process the order.
